Meet Mary, the driving force behind our journey! Alongside her husband Steve, she laid the foundation of our company in 1987. From the company's early days, Mary would handle calls by day and admin tasks after tucking in her kids in the evenings.

 

In 2018, she showcased her culinary prowess on MasterChef UK, where she wowed us all and got though the quarter-finals and into the knockout round. Today, her passion for cooking flourishes at home, she spends her time experimenting and expanding her cooking skills, and catering for her ever expanding family every Sunday.

A multitasking marvel, she still lends her warm voice to customer calls when the need arises. Mary's legacy is one of passion, hard work, and a touch of culinary magic!

Meet Kev, the tech virtuoso who's been an essential part of the Midland Alarm Services Ltd. family since 2011.

As our senior engineer, Kev is the go-to person for all things tech-related. With a profound understanding of both our systems and the ins and outs of the job, he's the man to turn to when you're looking for answers or guidance about the technology powering our security alarms. His expertise isn't just impressive, it's invaluable.

When it comes to technical know-how, ensuring everything runs smoothly and keeping our clients feeling secure, Kev's the man for the job.

Meet Steve, our newest senior engineer — though he’s certainly no newcomer to the world of security. With over two decades of industry experience, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge in both CCTV and alarm systems, making him a true expert in his field.

 

He may be a familiar face to some, as he's helped us out from time to time over the years during our busier periods. After a very long campaign to win him over, we’re thrilled to say he’s finally joined the MAS team full-time — and we couldn’t be happier about it.

Whether he’s fine-tuning a CCTV setup or getting an alarm system running at its best, Steve’s calm approach and seasoned skillset make him an incredible asset to our customers and our team.

Felix brings over a decade of experience from the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and delivering complex projects smoothly from start to finish.

​

He works closely with customers to make sure every security system is carefully planned, clearly explained, and installed with efficiency and care. Clear communication and long-term relationships are at the heart of how Felix operates — he believes good security starts with understanding exactly what a customer needs.

​

Felix is also leading MAS into new territory, expanding our services across Northampton, Leicester, and the wider East Midlands. His structured approach and attention to detail make him a key part of our continued growth, and a reassuring point of contact for customers in these new areas.
